To transfer ETH from MetaMask to Binance, select ETH in Binance.

1. Go to Fiat and Spot
Log in to the Binance.
Click Wallet in the upper right corner of the webpage.
Then, click Fiat and Spot.
2. Select ETH and Copy the Deposit Address
After clicking the Fiat and Spot, you will be able to see the assets list.
Select ETH by using the search box given.
Once you have found ETH, click Deposit.
In the Deposit Crypto window, select the Network as Ethereum ( ERC20).

After clicking Next, you will be able to see the estimated gas fee and the total ETH after the deduction of the gas fee.

6. Check Activity & Binance
Now, you can check the status of this transaction in the Activity tab on your MetaMask wallet.
There you can see whether your transaction is pending or sent.
If you click on it, you will be able to see the transaction on Etherscan.
You can also head back to your Binance account and check the ETH balance in Fiat and Spot.

Tap on the Wallet icon.
Then, you will be able to see Deposit, Withdraw, and Earn.

Upon tapping on ETH, it will ask you to choose the Network.

Then, you will be able to enter the ETH that you wish to send.

5. Tap Confirm
After tapping Next, you will be able to see the estimated gas fee and the total ETH after the deduction of the gas fee.

6. Check Status in MetaMask & Binance
Now, you can check the status of this transaction by tapping on ETH in your MetaMask wallet.
There you can see whether your transaction is pending or sent.
You can also head back to your Binance account and check the ETH balance.

Conclusion
The time taken to send Ethereum from MetaMask to Binance is 5-15 minutes. It may vary depending upon the network congestion.
You can also check recent transfers and their status on Etherscan blockchain explorer. To do so, you need to paste the transaction Id (TxID) in the search box given on the Etherscan website.
You can find the transaction Id (TxID) on MetaMask as well as Binance.
